Terms of use

By using NepaliMoviesDB you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account, with an email address you can receive mail at.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

What you post

Reviews and ratings you post stay yours. By posting them you give NepaliMoviesDB a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to show them on the site and in material promoting it.

Don't post anything that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, misleading or spam, or that infringes someone else's rights. Mark spoilers. We may edit or remove content that breaks these rules.

Accuracy

We work hard to keep the information on NepaliMoviesDB accurate, but it is provided "as is", without guarantees. Release dates, credits and figures can change. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

Claiming a profile

Only claim your own profile, or one you are authorised to manage. False claims will lead to the account being closed.

NepaliMoviesDB Pro

• Pro is a paid membership, bought by the month or by the year through eSewa. The price is shown on the plans page before you pay.
• New members may get one free trial. It ends automatically and costs nothing.
• Memberships do not renew automatically. You choose whether to buy more time.
• If you cancel, Pro access ends straight away. If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days of the payment.
• Contact details in Pro are for professional use only. Don't use them for spam, harassment or unsolicited marketing, and don't copy, scrape or resell them.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape or bulk-download the site, interfere with how it works, try to get into accounts or areas you're not allowed into, or pretend to be someone else.

Ownership

The NepaliMoviesDB name, logo, design and the database as a whole belong to NepaliMoviesDB. Film posters, photos and trailers belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify the films and people they relate to.

Other websites

Links to other websites, including eSewa, YouTube and TMDB, are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, NepaliMoviesDB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top, and continuing to use the site means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
